When you book our cleaning services, request a quote, or create a customer account, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, service address, billing address, and details about your cleaning preferences and appointments.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to provide cleaning services: scheduling and confirming appointments, sending appointment confirmations and reminders by email or SMS text message (only if you have enabled them), processing payments, and responding to your inquiries.
SMS/Text Messaging
If you opt in to SMS notifications, we send appointment confirmations, reminders, and replies to your inquiries from our business number. Message frequency varies with your appointment schedule. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by disabling SMS notifications in your customer portal. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never shared with any third party.
