Appointments & Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Prices are confirmed at booking and may be adjusted for additional requested services agreed with the customer.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, check, and card payments.
Liability
E&K Cleaning Service is insured. Any service concerns must be reported within 24 hours of the appointment so we can make it right.
